Features/options will be confirmed by the dealer at the time of order. The winner is responsible for taxes, insurance, registration, and pickup of the vehicle at Lancaster Motor Company, Lancaster, SC. Delivery date will be set by the dealer.

The Rotary Club of Pleasantburg Foundation is a 501(c3) organization registered with the SC Secretary of State. They are managing this fundraiser on behalf of Rotary District 7750 and do not benefit from the fundraiser.

Official Rules
- Sponsor: The UNITE FOR GOOD Car Raffle is conducted by Pleasantburg Rotary Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization,
- Eligibility: Open to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Members of Rotary District 7750 and their immediate household members are eligible to purchase tickets.
- Tickets: Tickets cost $100 each. A maximum of 550 tickets will be sold between October 15 and March 27, 2026, unless sold out earlier. If fewer than 225 tickets are not sold by March 13, 2026 the organizers have the option to cancel the raffle and refund any tickets purchased.
- Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 2026 Chevrolet TRAX (MSRP $22,300). Prize images are promotional only; vehicle will be ordered through Lancaster Motor Company, Lancaster, SC. The winner is responsible for federal and state taxes, title, license, registration, insurance, and delivery.
- Drawing: The random drawing will take place on March 27th, 2026 on Rotary District 7750 social media. Winner need not be present to win. Odds of winning are 1 in 550, provided all tickets are sold.
- Notification: The winner will be notified by phone and email within 24 hours of the drawing and must claim the prize within 30 days. If the prize is not claimed, an alternate winner may be drawn.
- Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds.
- Tax Deduction: Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions under IRS regulations.
- Governing Law: This raffle is conducted in compliance with South Carolina Nonprofit Raffle Act.
