St. Joseph’s Interact and Youth Youth Exchange Speak at Club Meeting
Pleasantburg’s Rotary celebrated Youth Month in a large way with St. Joseph’s Interact incoming/outgoing board members and their advisor Dr. Stanton in attendance to share their year of success with the club. We are proud that this Interact club was revived this year post Covid and are now 30+ members strong. They have many projects in the works for next year and are eager to collaborate more with our Rotary club on community projects. It was so encouraging to hear each one talk about their future plans and we can say with certainty that their future is bright and they are confident and strong with servants hearts. Also in attendance was Dan Balint our inbound exchange student from Romania and Adelaide Brown our new outbound exchange student heading to France. It was a meeting focused on these students and listening to them, their ideas, their experiences and plans for their future. You couldn’t help but leave the meeting with great hope for our future.
Dr Eric Baker from Rotary Club of Pleasantburg presents Dr. Kevin Stanton from St. Joseph’s School a coin in appreciation of his work and dedication with the Interact Club.
